What kind of services do you offer?
We offer sleep packages that are specifically designed for each client's family. Each of our plans are bespoke as we understand that we need to get to know and understand the root issue that is causing the sleep problems for the family. Our Sleep services include, 2 week packages, newborn sleep program, Ask anything hour and ongoing support and coaching.
What ages do you work with?
We can work with babies and children up to 7 years of age. We do not start formal sleep training programs with a family until their little one is 4 months of age but we also work with families of newborns to act as a support and help them set up good foundations for the future.
What piece of advice do you find yourself repeating most?
Sleep begets sleep and early bedtimes will be your best friend! It really is true, an earlier bedtime can help with night wakings, tricky bedtimes and also early morning wake ups. Clients are always very surprised what a dramatic difference making bedtime earlier will do!
What can families do from the start to set themselves up for good sleep?
Be consistent with the plan they are going to use! Children thrive when they feel secure and showing your children that you can stay consistent for them during bedtime, night wakings and wake up will have a positive effect on your little one and everyone's sleep!
What’s your favorite method to recommend for families considering sleep training?
It is important for the family to feel comfortable with the plan we are going to put in place, they are the ones that will implement it. Therefore our favorite plan is the one that our clients want to try with our coaching and daily support!
Walk me through the process of working with you—how do you come up with a plan for the family?
We offer a free initial call so that each client can ask any questions they have and make sure we are a good fit. After this call and depending on which package we have decided is right for them they will fill out an in depth intake form. Next comes the consultation which we offer virtually or in person, depending on where they are located. During our consultation call we get to the bottom of the issue and then comes the time to discuss different sleep training programs and their families personal sleep goals. Most families who come to us have been sleep deprived for a long time and we are their ray of hope! We never want to let them down and this means setting them up for success.
